GHEESTORY: Integrity in Every Jar.

1. Perishable Goods Policy

As GHEESTORY products are food-grade and perishable, we follow a Strict No-Return Policy once the seal is broken or the product is delivered. This ensures the health and safety of our community.

2. Valid Damage Claims

We offer 100% Replacement or Refund only if:

  • The Glass Jar arrived broken or the seal was leaked during transit.
  • An incorrect item was delivered to you.
  • The product is beyond its expiry date at the time of delivery.

3. The Unboxing Mandate

To maintain transparency, GHEESTORY requires a Single Continuous Unboxing Video as proof for any damage or missing item claims. The video must show the outer label and the package opening. No claims will be entertained without video evidence.

4. Cancellation Window

Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of order placement. Once processed for shipping, the order cannot be recalled. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 7 days.

Quality Note: Variations in graininess or liquid/solid state are natural characteristics of Bilona Ghee due to seasonal temperatures. These are not defects.
